“Real Estate Staging is the act of preparing and showcasing the residential or commercial property for sale. It is a systematic and coordinated methodology in which knowledge of real estate, home renovations and creative design principles are applied to attract a buyer.
Preparing property includes all or part of cleaning, de-cluttering, updating and repairing, while showcasing is the process of arranging furniture, accessories, art and light.
Whether the property is owner-occupied or vacant, staging is recommended before listing a property. It can be equally effective after the property has been on the market for an extended period unsold.”

Owner-Occupied Staging
When the owner plans to live in the home while it is being marketed to sell, it is essential get expert advice on how to best prepare to market the home.
It all begins with a Walk & Talk Consultation. From the curb to the back yard fence, Five Starr Staging & Redesign will walk through each area of the home to identify items needed to be repaired, painted, replaced, or removed. We will recommend editing of items, furniture arrangements to showcase architectural features, enhance room flow, and create a sense of spaciousness. A written report is provided.
A Walk & Talk Consultation is the first step in home preparation. It is an extremely cost-effective tool to begin the process of preparing your home to sell.
Cost: $225 for 1-2 hour consultation. $100 credit is provided towards the staging investment cost.
Next Steps: Using the home owner’s furnishings, we will re-design space to appeal to a broader range of buyers.
Stager may suggest additional art, furniture, and accessories. Items may be rented (at an additional investment cost) to complete the finished look.
Cost: Half day of staging – $495 Full day of staging – $995
Vacant Home Staging
We start with a preview walk-through of the property. Measurements and pictures will be taken. From there, we will provide a written proposal. Once the proposal is accepted, the initial deposit is made, and the contract is signed, Five Starr Staging & Redesign will create a design plan.
The plan is designed to enhance architectural features of the home, highlight a beautiful view, or distract from not-so-desirable aspects of the home. Five Starr will bring furniture, art, rugs, accessories, linens, lamps—everything needed to create a beautifully designed space.
Five Starr Staging & Redesign has a full array of furniture, art and accessories to ensure a beautifully staged home. We are constantly adding to, replacing, and upgrading our staging inventory to reflect a current, modern, and appealing aesthetic.

Five Starr Staging and Redesign offers Model Home Design Packages for builders. We design, select and curate inventory which you purchase. Five Starr installs a beautiful design with a current aesthetic. We can move and re-install inventory as needed. Model Design is priced per square foot.
E-Design
What is E-Design?
It is basically redesign or decorating. Except, all consultations take place via Internet or phone.
